High-resolution 3D laser scans captured existing site conditions measuring 5 acres with precision, including terrain, vegetation, and surrounding structures. The point cloud data was imported into Revit, allowing the design to model the landscape accurately and plan interventions without disrupting existing features. This approach enhanced design accuracy, reduced site visits, and improved coordination between landscape and architectural elements. The project demonstrated how combining laser scanning with Revit streamlines complex site development and renovation projects.

Using Revit, our team developed a detailed 3D model of the LOD300 industrial warehouse that included beams, columns, and bracings. The software enabled seamless coordination with architectural and MEP models, reducing clashes and improving overall efficiency.
